Lynne was part of the team that won the first National Training Award and is skilled in the use of interactive training techniques which ensures that delegates are presented with information in a variety of ways, thereby ensuring effective knowledge transfer and enjoyment of the sessions.

Training can be stand alone or integral to technical support or consultancy programme.

Group training and one-one coaching is available.

We offer bespoke training for both technical and business skills development. Bespoke training is where the content of the programme is tailored to meet the needs of your staff and normally follows on from a training needs analysis (TNA) which is aligned with the business strategy.

Business skills include ; business innovation and change management, staff communication skills, training and presenting skills, time management and productivity. Technical training includes HACCP, food safety and quality management such as IS0 9001:2000 and bespoke quality assurance systems.

As an Authorised Trainer for the Society of Food Hygiene Technology (SOFHT) we are able to offer a variety of Accredited courses to either SOFHT or the Royal Society for the Protection of Health such as: Hygiene Awareness Certificate, Foundation Certificate in Food Hygiene, The Foundation Certificate in HACCP.
